Arthur Proctor, and youngest son Andrew, run the farm at Swarland Old Hall. Andrew has been successful in building up a pedigree flock of Texel sheep that are sold each year at the world famous Kelso Ram sale in the Scottish borders. He has a formidable array of pedigree Limousin and commercial cattle.
