Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I take my dogs?
Sorry we do not allow any pets or dogs.

Do you allow babies or children?
In the bed and breakfast accommodation, we request that children are aged 12 and over.

In the lodges, all ages of children are welcome but as this is a working farm, children must be supervised by an adult at all times outside.  We do not have any baby facilities, therefore we request that you bring your own equipment/travel cot etc.

Do you allow smoking?
For the interest and safety of all our guests, we request no smoking in any of the grounds, lodges or B&B.

Where is the nearest pub/shop/supermarket?
We have a post office within the village of Old Swarland and other facilities are only 2 miles away.  The larger town of Alnwick is approximately 15 minutes by car which has a supermarket, petrol station and a wide range of shops.

Do you have storage for cycles or fishing equipment?
Yes.  We have a secure lockable area which is suitable for bikes, golf or fishing equipment.  We also have a drying area for wet clothes - ideal for walking equipment.
